Setup Jenkins-based CI for this repository

We should have continues integration (automated testing) for this repo.

The tests should:

1. Build all Docker-based VNFs and FSMs/SSMs
2. Package (and thus validate) all SDK projects and store the resulting *.tgo files as artifacts
   • ./pack.sh in sdk-projects
