Make Kubernetes collector production ready

Motivation
Kubernetes is the de-facto standard to orchestrate containerized applications. It is the go-to solution, no matter where your infrastructure is running on. Resoto can already collect resources in AWS, GCP, and DigitalOcean - all of them support Kubernetes. Resoto should support k8s as well
Desired Behavior
Collect resources from k8s.
