Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Common duration is a very strong access log operator.
We should backport it to 1.16 as it will be too important for debugging customer use cases.
As part of this we should also write a doc on how to use it.

I dont know why I had missed this but since its in envoy 1.30 we should consider what the pain of that bump is.
