You are asking the user to provide the name to the new linked service (to Azure Cosmos DB) as the same as the storage account name, but when I tried that, it said the "Name is not unique"
This was an issue generated by the automation script that sets up the environment. Should have deleted the asacosmosdb03 linked service but it didn't. Will address by fixing the setup script.
