msdf glyph texture broken with opentype.js ^0.7.0

In opentype.js 0.7.0 added support for CID-keyed otf font which can produce corrent xadvance.
But in testing, all ttf font msdf generation broken with lots of artifacts.
Current workaround is use some service like this one to convert ttf to otf format.
