Error with socioboard-web-php while updating the composer with Key generate.

Please, I am new to this program, can anyone help? I have been getting this error message while running composer install & php artisan key generate in socioboard-web-php while updating the composer with Key generate.

Can you check the composer version and the PHP version you're running with and can you run the commands individually (composer install and once it is done, then run the php artisan key generate)

Please share the details of versions and I'll try to give you a solution to it.

PHP 8.2.3 (cli) and Composer version 2.5.1 are installed on my VPS.

However, when I tried the above instructions below are the results.
