column resize not work when place editor in overlay window

When I opened an overlay window with quill + quill-better-table，the column resize did not work.
I fixed it as following picture, the feature worked.

By the way, is it possible to increase the z-index in src for overlay window use case?

I fixed it by setting quill editor height in my case.
