JFrog has removed access to git-secret

What are the steps to reproduce this issue?
- Follow the installation instructions for debian type packages
What happens?
Unable to get the package as the public gpg key no longer exists
What were you expecting to happen?
Installation to continue
Any logs, error output, etc?
wget -qO -
https://gitsecret.jfrog.io/artifactory/api/gpg/key/public
+ apt-key add -
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.
Seems #1013 happening again
