Add note for Author

Add a basic/cloze note, in addition to the LPCG notes, when importing a poem which matches Author with Title.

eg:

# Front
<span class="cloze">[...]</span> wrote {{Title}}.

# Back
{{Author}} wrote {{Title}}.
