Support OpenStack Swift as one of the backup and config provider

I need to use OpenStack Swift as backup and config provider. I wonder if there is already work going on in the area. If there is, when is the estimate time of availability.

If it is not being worked on, I can start implementing a Swift version of BackupProvider and ConfigProvider and create a pull request.

Solution is created under: https://github.com/yanglei99/exhibitor and tested successfully against Softlayer Object Storage.
