Ensure docker image has latest `openssl` and `libfreetype6` versions

No commit needed, just trigger build to create new docker images so we can get rid of critical vulnerabilities for:

• openssl - https://www.cve.org/CVERecord?id=CVE-2022-2068
• libfreetype6 - https://www.cve.org/CVERecord?id=CVE-2022-27404
