Elastic APM Integration

The APM-docs describe how to add a transaction id to APM events.
I think this would be a good candidate for a new integration.
Although it doesn't seem to be as straight forward as the Sentry integration: https://discuss.elastic.co/t/getting-and-setting-transaction-id/197947/6
