Clashes with Tweaks for YouTube

This worked great until I got "Tweaks for YouTube" about a year ago, now it only correctly marks up some of my watched videos but not all, and if you refresh the page you might get a completely different load of videos correctly marked as watched, but still not all of them. I loved this extension but Tweaks for YouTube adds loads of functionality that I just can't live without anymore, so if there's anything anyone can do to get this to work along side Tweaks for YouTube that would be awesome.
Well this resolved itself, since that YouTube update last night this is working great again, since that update my left sidebar in YouTube is back which is annoying but at least this App is working perfectly again so swings and roundabouts I guess.
