Fork to cypherstack/socks_socket after package complete

This SOCKSSocket was created for Cypher Stack and is used in the examples for Foundation-Devices/tor and cypherstack/tor
After this is polished up a bit, it should be forked to cypherstack/socks_socket and served from there
