Idea: Incorporate filament cutter for ERCF.

Can't find a way to contact, so, an idea. Make a filament cutter version for the ERCF. As one current issue is if you can't get the for tip tuned in, you get string built up in the extruder itself, causing a jam. WIth a filament cutter between the extruder and the hot end, it will eliminate the need to tune tip forming, allowing for a more user friendly version.
