u-photo and u-featured outside of e-content

If a post as a u-photo or a u-featured they should get the img tag in rss.
This will allow people to follow a photo feed (since many use u-photo outside of e-content) and to allow u-featured to get displayed as a featured img an RSS reader.
@jgmac1106 i've deployed a first pass at this. feel free to try it!
