Build SMTube on MSYS2

MSYS2 uses the latest version of the MinGW compiler. SMTube is still using the ancient MinGW 8.1.0. Currently, it failed to compile on MSYS2. Please support building SMTube on MSYS2 UCRT64 and CLANG64 environments. Thank you.
