DMX adjust effect not functioning as expected.

The adjustment effect is not working. It does nothing when applied to a group and when applied to an individual Moving head DMX effect the pan/ tilt effect freezes.
In the attached sequence I have set the pan (Ch10) to a ramp and without the adjustment effect it works as expected. When you add the adj effect there is no change in the DMX pan range.
