(Solution) New support for air conditioner Haier HSU-09HG03 :smile:

Hello,
I have copied mi original IR remote control of my air conditioner Haier HSU-09HG03, and I have just named it 1323.json in order to use it like the others code files.
It has the modes heat, cool, dry and fan only. The Automatic Mode is present in the remote but is the same as fan only, so I did not copy it.
It is working with a broadlink RM4 Mini, Home Assistant Core 2024.1.6 Frontend 20240104.0, SmartIR 1.17.9
Sorry if this is not the right place to bring this to you all, but I don't exactly how does github works 😅
It is working perfectly to me and I hope the same for whole this community.
