Put 'branding' text passages into translation handling

It would be nice to put the branding "SLUB Dresden", etc. into translation handling. So the templates are more useful out of the box.
I can provide a pull request, if wanted.
You're welcome. Not all labels are neutral or are even missing. That's only a lack of own requirement and time.
