Not going to implement this for now. Partial name matching gives us enough convenience for the time being.

Looks like this is more feasible than I thought, thanks to the generosity of OSS contributors =).

Bash completion is underway in #3.

I also have a sufficiently-usable zsh completion file here: https://gist.github.com/sloria/795686a107c0f9698152 (depends on #3)
