MVP - tab views on our docs

opened this issue · comments

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I want to begin documenting shortcode and frontmatter syntax for our new templating languages: React, Vue, and Svelte. However, it's difficult to structure this information without a tab view to change the language I'm viewing.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like a JS-light solution to adding (accessible) tabs to our docs. This also needs to work within markdown files with support for code blocks. We could either a) embed React components using Slinkity's component shortcodes, or b) role a custom syntax through markdown-it. I'm leaning towards the latter.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Listing out instructions for each template behind <details> dropdowns. This is okay, but a bit tougher to navigate.

Decided to switch to Svelte components for this! Now live on our docs 😁
