[BUG] Notifications inside app not working anymore

Since today, the app is no longer able to fetch any notifications from my subbed repos. It starts loading and errors with the screenshot I added elow.
The rest of the app still runs well (like browsing through repos, downloading etc.)
I tried:
Force closing and re-opening the app
Clearing cache
Logging out and back inside the app
Edit: I just had more connection issues while posting (with the same timeout message as above).
As for now, everything is working flawlessly again. Because I could not reproduce or identify the source of this issue, I'm closing it.
