Game won't start

[Kuroki05]

Game: Kimetsu no yaiba hinokami chronicles.

After clicking the game it just open and close in an instant only showing the controller and say "pre-game setting is activated".

Then goes back to game list. I don't know how to handle because there's no guide that I can find.

Hope u can help with this issue.
