Hey @Bikeskin, sorry for the late response. Yes, you can update the x-y coordinates by using the update() method. The previous balloon will move to the new anchor. If you still face the same issue, re-open this issue. Thanks.

update() worked. Thanks for this but I have two new problems.
1- Even though I started with .showAlignTop(), updates it at the bottom.
2- After update() 3 or 4 times, the arrow position is in the wrong place.
