Bitcoin Integration (with bitfield/script and electrum)

It is possible, even trivial, to integrate bitcoin support into the skycoin wallet with electrum (or almost any other bitcoin client) as a dependency and the bitfield/script library to create a wrapper for the cli commands present in said bitcoin client.
I would argue that this is the simplest possible means of integration.
The motivation for doing this is not just to say we did, but to further develop a means of exchanging skycoin and bitcoin in the wallet (i.e a 'federated orderbook' or DEX)
