after decode, many file missing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.decode the apk
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I hope that the decoded folder is completed, but so many files of the apk is
missing, like xxx.cxml, xxx.cpng, etc.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
apktool1.4.3.tar.bz2, linux & windows both
Please provide any additional information below.

Can you find me any documentation on cxml/cpng files? I don't see them on the
Android Developer website.
