Test buzzers

A mode where the buzzers can be tested would be fantastic
Done.
While the questions are being read I have names highlight in red if they're buzzed during the pre-buzzin time.. so anyone unsure can find out that way. My plan someday is to use the re-factors that enabled this as a foundation for penalizing early buzz-in like in proper jeopardy.
In addition, I had a noisy beep alarm trigger if a buzzer was lost.. fortunately only happened between rounds... I'd like to tackle issue #19 to make this a non issue. I also had available to me in a separate virtual desktop a window for each buzzer where I could clearly see their state and test them between rounds.
