Invalidcastexception error for any AuditLogging request using PostgreSQL

Describe the bug

When using PgSQL, Audit logging does not work, and it is impossible to view Identification Resources and other IdentityServer4 data. For any actions that cause an Audit Logging entry, I get the following error: "InvalidCastException: It is not possible to write a DateTime with type Kind=Local in PostgreSQL of type "timestamp with time zone", only UTC is supported. Note that it is not possible to mix date and time with different types in an array/range. See the Npgsql.Enable Legacy TimestampBehavior AppContext switch to enable legacy behavior." Internet searches led me to this page (https://github.com/npgsql/doc/blob/main/conceptual/Npgsql/types/datetime.md /), where it says about changes in npgsql >= ver. 6.0

To Reproduce

A simple fix that includes support for legacy DateTime types for PostgreSQL v6.0 #1009
