Will TOC bookmarks be added to the final ebook? Would be cool if there is, its kinda cumbersome to manually scroll to the page I want.

Are you referring to the table of content links on the PDF that are not working?
This is unfortunately a known issue, I planned to work on it during the layout editing phase (once the content has stabilized).
I'm rather optimist, It should be just a matter of pandoc tuning :)
