Support sending emails via SMTP

I want my keypub instance to send mails via SMTP using any SMTP server and not relying on the resend as a specific vendor.
I recommend implementing using gomail.
there could be different "plugins" for this capability (sending mail), one would be the existing solution (in plugin form) and another for SMTP. More could be added as needed
