Run symlinks.sh to configure symlinks
Run brew.sh to install specified list of apps via brew
Run npm.sh to globally install specified list of apps via npm
Syncing of packages is done via the 'sync-packages' package which creates a packages.cson file in the .atom directory. To sync the packages, install the sync-packages package in atom and run sync. It will go through all packages specified in the cson file.
