Jupyter Notebook ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'wptools'

- I create an virtual env (uso_wptools),
- after source ativate uso_wptools
- pip install wptools
- conda install jupyter
- open my project in jupyter notebook
- in a line import wptools
- recived an error:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'wptools'
this is my conda list:

1 - I used Installing jupyter_environment_kernels
