Add waitForNetworkIdle method

With Firefox moving on fast with Bidi support we could probably add a new method where look at request/responses and wait for network idle in both Firefox and Chrome. If that works out good, that could be default for those browsers (but you could still configure the old pageCompleteCheck).
This has been added and released.
