Hi,
Is this license your choice or was it determined by Google?
If it was you: Would you mind changing it to MIT or BSD like the other Django plugins?
It would fit better to the django eco system.

The original code has been written by another user, whose e-mail is available inside the original commit history (which got lost here): https://code.google.com/archive/p/django-webdav/source/default/commits. Re-licensing would therefore require his agreement, as well as the agreement from all other authors (like @sirmmo for his changes).
