Use of the ember global has been deprecated

Replace its use here https://github.com/sir-dunxalot/ember-tooltips/blob/master/addon/components/ember-tooltip-base.js#L228 with embroider/macros https://github.com/embroider-build/embroider/tree/main/packages/macros#istesting-isdevelopingapp
