singularity definition file for local image

I would like to make singularity image (singularity container) from local image. the image will be built using ubuntu-10.10.
the problem is that when every I make the Singularity file with the correct Path, I got this error Path Does not exist.
if any one know how to get this issue fixed, or know that ubuntu-10.10 does exist in Shub, or Docker image or container, please direct me to that.
