加载用户词典成功，但是数量为零，没有生效

user dict /opt/es/elasticsearch-7.10.2/plugins/jieba/dic/user_dict.dict load finished, tot words:0, time elapsed:2ms
（7.10.2 es with 7.7.0 branch）
字典格式形如：
天上来 100
天上来 3 n
都加载不进去，到底是为啥，也看不到任何有关的报错信息
现在好了么？
