Improve the whole UI

Improve the individual thread pages, this would include standardise the organisation of information, correctly fit the edit/delete/subscribe/add/etc. buttons and generally give a pleasant revamp to the whole thing:
- company page
- speaker page
- member page
Then we have the forms which are basically the edit pages for each of these threads which would greatly benefit from a revamp and improved functionality in some cases:
- company edit page
- speaker edit page
- member edit page
Other important items:
- standardise the colour palette
- standardise fonts used as well as its dimensions
- correctly order every content in select boxes
