show more details in results

It would be handy if the results showed more details (similar to the fast.com website) such as the latency stats and the server location.
I guess we could add a --verbose flag for this.
If anyone wants to work on this, see the initial attempt and feedback in #52.
Only submit a pull request if you intend to finish it.
