v2.0 doesn't remember the docking position of the dev tools

I've tested both 1.5 and 2.0, and while the former remembered exactly how I docked my dev tools, the new one always just opens undocked in a separate window.
(Unless I explicitly set devToolsMode, in which case it always opens in the mode I set there.)
