[Bug]: iOS incoming messages is not delivered

Current Behavior
Sometimes incoming messages is not delivered, while outgoing messages is delivered successfully.
As you can see on a screenshot the "loader" icon rotating and chat cannot receive the message
Server Reconnect do not help either
Only when I restart the app incoming messages will be delivered and then it will work as normal for some time
Expected Behavior
Incoming messages should be delivered
Steps To Reproduce
- Open the app use as normal
- Do not open app for a 48 hours
- Open app, Outgoing messages is delivered as normal
- Incoming messages will not arrive

Can you please correlate when you observe it with short server restarts? The messages may stop being delivered when server is offline, it usually lasts for a few minutes.
No it is not correlated

good to know, so we didn't fix all bugs yet.
Can you please check what you would see in chat console in response to "/get subs" (at the time messages are not delivered) and "/debug locks" - you need to tap on the response to see what's inside. Maybe better to connect directly if you can help debugging to team's address - via "Send ideas and suggestions" in the app settings
When the app was in background I did get the push notification of incoming message, then I have opened the app message appeared in the chat, after that a have send one more test message from another device and this message is not delivered and "loader" icon on a chat is rotating. Only after the app was reloaded message arrived
