Imprinter+Bookbinder: Add more obs-db relevant info to book M_index.yaml

Looking at increasing the info automatically in ObsDb / obs_info here (#493)

There are a few additional pieces of information that can naturally go into the book index card because they are directly related to the hardware build / setup. The ones I see that we should add are:

• telescope_flavor
• tube_flavor
• detector_flavor
• wafer_count

Also, taking a look at the current way we're getting telescope and tube_slot into the index, I'm not sure that actually holds for some of the telescope names. Something we will need to check.

I think a good way to do this would be to have the imprinter configuration file have these sorts of fields in there, since this file already has direct and important mapping to hardware setups. Then imprinter can just pass book binder a metadata dictionary that book binder can add to.
