@MatthiasKauer, all: FYI I've completed a first draft of a new https://hledger.org/investments.html tutorial. And now I understand the older https://hledger.org/tracking-investments.html better. I think right now the new one is a superset of the old, covering more details. I am thinking to keep the old one around as inspiration at least until I've done a second draft, which will hopefully be shorter and clearer. If you have any feedback I'd welcome it.
