Support for modern mtl and transformers?

Hi,

monad-par-extras restricts the its mtl and transformers dependencies to version 0.2. Would it be possible to add support for the current versions of these packages?

Yes, I think so. I'll give it a try now. We have some crusty old dependency restrictions in there that have not been examined in a while. Thanks.

It seemed to work with the newest versions when I tried it. I released version 0.3.2 of monad-par-extras. Let me know if that works for you.

I looked at http://hackage.haskell.org/package/monad-par-extras, but there seems to be no version 0.3.2?
