Recent PDF scans seem to be enormously large

Describe the bug
Last time I used the app to scan a page into an PDF document with 300 dpi, the page had a size of 300 kb. Today I scanned another page with the same settings and it has a size of 15 mb
Would you mind posting an application log that includes such a scan here so I can take a look? You can export logs from the settings.

Here are three log files. The oldest one should be the one where the file size was significantly smaller.
Thank you very much! I see that you migrated from v2.2.6 to v3. For whatever reason Scanner started taking a different path to generate PDF files there, which is why you ended up with these huge files. Unfortunately, I can't really tell why that happened, because the important lines in the log are damaged due to the sheer amount of resolutions supported by your scanner.
The good news is that I was planning to improve the PDF sizes in the upcoming v3.1 update anyway, which will also solve the issue you are experiencing. I plan on releasing that update sometime this month and will update the issue once I'm done. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I implemented a fix in the latest v3.1 release. PDFs should now be much smaller for you. For more details see here.
