Cannot draw

Hi,
I just installed this app and it's absolutely great, thanks.
Only thing cannot do is drawing. My husband on Windows 11 can, I, on Windows 10, cannot.
We installed it together, done same steps, same configuration, same scanner...
I tried changing colours, thickness but nothing...
What am I missing?

Hi there, thank you for your report, I'm able to reproduce this and will definitely fix it.
Alright, it seems I was a little too confident here. My assumption was that there is some simple bug in my app that prevents drawing on some versions of Windows, but it appears to be more complicated than that. Apparently there has been an issue with Windows Ink for some months now, which is limited to some Windows 10 versions and is related to the new modern interface styles I migrated to in Scanner v3.
I'll have to wait for Microsoft to roll out a fix. As soon as that's ready, I will update the app. According to Microsoft's roadmap, a fix is to be expected in "early 2022". Sorry for not being able to help right now.
Simon, it's not a major problem, so qhen possible it's good to fix it. Thanks for the explanation, I appreciate it very much!
