Button is missing, if window is maximized

Describe the bug
Button is only shown, if window is not maximized. There was also some overlapping of text, which went away after reopening the app.
To Reproduce
When window is not maximized, the second button (four rectangles) is shown; when maximizied it is not
Expected behavior
Not sure what the correct behaviour is.

Hi there, thanks for reporting this! I believe there is one bug and one intended behavior here.
- I am aware of the issue preventing the scanner list from being used correctly. This usually happens when the first scanner is found while you are on another page (e.g. the settings). Unfortunately, due to the way the page is engineered that issue isn't a simple fix iirc. Restarting the app fixes this.
- The app uses an adaptive layout: It can show up to 3 regions horizontally (Dynamic content (e.g. Scan options) | Editor | Page list), depending on the screen space. Is suspect that by maximizing the window, there is enough space on your screen to permanently show the page list on the right side, correct? In that case the button for navigating to the page list is not needed anymore and disappears. It should look like this:
