Dark Elf Lord encounter seems missing

This next item isn't a bug report, it's just an observation that may/may not
have merit.
According to
http://www.gamebanshee.com/curseoftheazurebonds/walkthrough/wizardstower.php
the first encounter after descending from the roof of the wizard's tower should
be with a Dark Elf lord. In v1.1.1 and v1.1.2 this encounter has been with a
routine drow party instead.

Comparing save files from DOS game prior/after to this event with the port, and
found a off by one with how the area event flags are cleared. Check-in 329
