Render markdown (README.md)

It would be really great to have markdown rendering support (like in github).
So when you click on a markdown file in the UI you can see the rendered html.

Markdown render has landed. Still need to automate jumping to the right /+doc/

Yes. At the bottom of the rendered version is a "source" link. Click that to
view the original.
